The Band Booster meeting
scheduled for Monday, May 4th will be rescheduled. |

Q&A on the Flu, School Events,
Makeup Dates, etc...
Message from Mr.
Stephenson:
Students that need to
pick-up their instruments from the band hall may do so
Friday, May 1. Woodwinds at 1:00pm and Brass/percussion
at 1:30pm.
This is to come in and
pick up the instruments and then leave. Students will
not be allowed to hang around the school or go into
other parts of the school.
Band banquet is still on the same date May 16th at the
same times. This has not changed as of now. Prom will
be on a different weekend.
If you have any questions you may email one of the
directors.

Even though school is closed you may still buy your band
banquet tickets from Band President, Derek Dubois!
Please call him at 210-392-9803 to arrange a meeting
spot!

Due to the school closures all events through May 11th
have been cancelled.
The school and band hall are closed and off limits.
Personal items cannot be retrieved at this time.
School officials are meeting Wednesday night and further
information will be posted here on the website as it is
received.

The Jazz Band is performing at
Buck &Ozzy's this Thursday, April 23rd from 6:30 pm -
7:30 pm.The Band
Boosters will receive 10%of all food receipts on
Thursday night.
