News From Your Director
October 8, 2018
Dear Parents & Students,
- First & Foremost: A HUGE thank you to all who worked on the Fajita Dinner & Silent Auction, it was a wonderfully successful evening! Thanks especially to Pam Millard and those who worked with her on the auction, to Amy White and those who worked with her on the food, to Elaine Olaez and those who helped her with check-out, and to Joe Pauletti and his Grill Crew for cooking the fajitas! I know there were so many more who had a hand in helping out… thanks to ALL, and I hope everyone had a great time!
- Second: We simply cannot afford to lose three hours of rehearsal time this week. Tomorrow’s weather is not looking great, but things improve after that. As of now, we are extending our Thursday rehearsal to last until 7:30. The rest of the time lost tonight we will build in to Saturday’s itinerary (attached). Thanks so much for being flexible and helping us to make the best of a challenging situation… rehearsal changes are not normal with the Ranger Band, but the weather these past several weeks has not been normal J.
