Dear Parents & Students,
First, I realize that you may be getting this communication even though you are not or your student is not) enrolled in band for the upcoming school year. Please be patient, as we do not inactivate any students from our Charms account until summer band rehearsals begin and we get a more accurate picture of who is going to be with us.
Second, you should have received a summer packet in the mail that details all kinds of information about our upcoming season, as well as calendar information for the entire school year. I have attached this packet in pdf format as a back-up to snail mail. Please read through this information carefully, as well as the Ranger Band Handbook found at www.svhsband.com prior to Registration Day.
Finally, I have attached the form we will be using on Band Registration Day for fees. You do not need to complete this form before Registration Day, and any questions that are not answered in the “Registration Day Info” will happily be answered at Registration Day. If there is any hardship in paying any fees or materials costs, please communicate that, as we do not wish any student’s participation in the Ranger Band to be restricted for financial reasons.
